We offer delivery for local orders as far north as Jimmit, east into the Roseau Valley as far as Shawford and as far south as Point Mitchel. Applicable rates are based on the number of packages as seen below:
DELIVERY CUT-OFF TIMES
Ready-made orders are processed the same day and delivered one day after processing. Same Day delivery is possible for orders placed before 8:00 a.m. Items are delivered via 'Quick Delivery' delivery service . Persons wanting delivery should select the option at check out.
Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders processing may be delayed by one day.
Custom-made orders (bespoke items) require 5 – 15 business days for completion subject to the product design. We will contact you via email with actual dates within 1 business day of order receipt. Connecting with us via our Live Chat assistance while shopping on our site will allow us to confirm your order completion time frame before you order.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to volume of orders to process.
Due to the COVID -19 pandemic our international shipping options are limited. We ask our international customers to contact us via Live Chat on our website or send email to email@example.com for details on shipping options available at the time of order.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 1-2 days.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within the applicable timeline if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.
We have a no return policy on Final Sale and customized orders. Otherwise we have a 7 day return policy on local items and 14 Days for international orders.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to approve a return, we will forward you the relevant forms to be completed if your item qualifies. We reserve the right to deny refunds without prior written approval.

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with their returned shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider a track able shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item
