VOCATIONAL SKILLS REFUND POLICY 
 
  • If a learner has opted to do a different program, full fee can be transferred to another program once no class has been attended. If class has been attended, there will be applicable fees towards the first program. Balance will be applied to new program.
  • There will be no refund of monthly fee after two class sessions have been completed.
  • Where refund is applicable, it will be a percentage determined by the number of classes taken.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within the applicable timeline if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

We have a no return policy on Final Sale and customized orders. Otherwise we have a 7 day return policy on local items and 14 Days for international orders. 
Please contact us at  admin@royalglobeinc.com  to approve a return, we will forward you the relevant forms to be completed if your item qualifies. We reserve the right to deny refunds without prior written approval.
 
Sale Items
Items marked "Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange and are not eligible for store credit. Please read final sale item descriptions carefully. Final Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal wear goods (such as masks).  
 
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with their returned shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
Refund Process
Transit time back to our store may differ according to carrier. Once received, we will consider your item as returned according to your ship date to us, to fairly process your refund. Your item will be inspected, and you will be notified of approval or rejection.  If approved, your refund will be processed, and we will credit your original form of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your account (depending on your financial institution).
 
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Receipt or other proof of purchase is necessary to process refund. 

To start a return, contact us at admin@royalglobeinc.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send or to deliver your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and advise whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, we will automatically refund via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
