Office Assistant - Job Summary
The Office Assistant is responsible for the smooth operation of the office. Ensuring that duties are complete on efficiently. The position requires a responsible individual who is well organized, has excellent written and oral communication skills, is adept in office operations and is honest. The suitable candidate should be a strong multi tasker and be able to prioritize duties as he or she will be required to work with little supervision
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

College Diploma in a business related field or minimum Grade 2 pass in 7 CXC Subjects including Mathematics, English and Business related subjects

Experience in Microsoft Office & Quickbooks

Experience in operating social media accounts
