The Office Assistant is responsible for the smooth operation of the office and ensuring that duties are completed efficiently.
The position requires a responsible individual who is well organized, has excellent written and oral communication skills, is adept in office operations, and is honest. The suitable candidate should be a strong multi-tasker and be able to prioritize duties as he or she will be required to work with little supervision.
Candidates should possess the following:
College Diploma in a business-related field or minimum Grade2 pass in 7CXC Subjects including Mathematics, English, and Business related subjects
Experience in Microsoft Office
Experience in operating social media accounts
Experience in Quickbooks would be an asset
Working experience is necessary
