Office Assistant - Job Summary

The Office Assistant is responsible for the smooth operation of the office and ensuring that duties are completed efficiently.
The position requires a responsible individual who is well organized, has excellent written and oral communication skills, is adept in office operations, and is honest. The suitable candidate should be a strong multi-tasker and be able to prioritize duties as he or she will be required to work with little supervision.
Candidates should possess the following:  
  • College Diploma in a business-related field or minimum Grade 2 pass in 7 CXC Subjects including Mathematics, English, and Business related subjects 
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 
  • Experience in operating social media accounts 
  • Experience in Quickbooks would be an asset
  • Working experience is necessary
  • 2 references
