     Note:

  • For custom made pieces, please ensure you have the right measurements before placing your order, because there are no returns for custom made pieces. 
  • As we want to ensure that your garments fit right, we have a measure guide to help you measure the proper areas for each piece. Just indicate in the 'special instructions' when placing your order, and we will forward it to you.
  • For Readymade pieces, please ensure you have gone through our sizing chart before placing your order. Our aim is always that you have the best fit.

Good news! We make new items daily and often restock our ready-made items. Simply visit the product page of your favorite items, and let us know in the chat box if you will like to be notified when available or if you will like a custom made piece similar to the item. You can also subscribe to our mailing list and get regular information on product restock, new items and much more. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email!

Helpful Hint: Act quickly when you find a style, size, or color you like! Due to the fast fashion nature of our business, we cannot guarantee that an item will be restocked

All items on sale and customized or bespoke, are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments (like petticoats), masks, accessories like hats, scarfs and  belts are also considered Final Sale and non-refundable.

NOTE: Gift cards are also considered final sale and cannot be returned for cash.
