Domestic Shipping/ Delivery
Order Processing Time
Ready-made orders are processed and ready for pick up the same day using ‘Quick Delivery’ delivery service. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders processing may be delayed by one day.
Custom-made orders (bespoke items) require 5 – 15 business days for completion subject to the product design. We will contact you via email with actual date within 1 business day of order receipt. Connecting with us via our Live Chat assistance while shopping on our site will allow us to confirm your order completion time frame before you order.
Estimated delivery time
Ready made orders are delivered one day after processing. Same Day delivery is possible for orders placed before 8:00 a.m.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to volume of orders to process and quantities in stock at the time of your order.
Currently our delivery option extend as far north as Jimmit, east into the Rosea Valley area as far as Shawford and as far south as Pointe Mitchel. For other areas please contact us. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Delivery Notification email inclusive of expected delivery time once your order has been picked up by Quick Delivery.

order is received damaged, please contact Quick Delivery to discuss. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting.
International Shipping Policy
Due to the COVID -19 pandemic our international shipping options are reduced. We ask our international customers to contact us via Live Chat on our website or send email to email@example.com for details on shipping options available at the time of order.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 1-2 days.
Custom, Duties and Taxes
Applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that on rare occasions customs may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
You may return an item within 7 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to approve a return, we will forward you the relevant forms to be completed if your item qualifies. We reserve the right to deny refunds without prior written approval.
Items marked "Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange and are not eligible for store credit. Please read final sale item descriptions carefully. Final Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with their returned shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Transit time back to our store may differ according to carrier. Once received, we will consider your item as returned according to your ship date to us, to fairly process your refund. Your item will be inspected, and you will be notified of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and we will credit your original form of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your account (depending on your financial institution).
